"This was my first time buying a house and Steve coached me every step of the way and helped me negotiate for the best price on the perfect house. He also worked very hard to keep the broker and attorney on schedule so that we could get into our new house ASAP. Could ask for a better attorney. Really did his homework and was sincere in helping us find the right house for us, even if it wasn't currently on the market."
